(1) Applicable conditions:
1. The BYD oil-cooled electric drum has good sealing, so it can be used in places with a lot of dust and wet mud.
2. The BYD oil-cooled electric drum has a closed structure junction box, so it can be installed outdoors with the main machine.
3. The BYD oil-cooled electric drum is suitable for working environment temperatures of -15°C to +40°C, with an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.
4. The BYD oil-cooled electric drum is not suitable for conveyors of high-temperature materials.
5. The BYD oil-cooled electric drum cannot be used in places with explosion-proof requirements.
(2) Features:
1. The electromagnetic part of the motor of the BYD oil-cooled electric drum is completely the same as the Y series standard, using Class B insulation.
2. The reduction mechanism adopts a first-level cycloidal needle wheel reduction mechanism directly connected to the motor.
3. The cycloidal needle wheel reduction mechanism has a large load capacity, strong overload capacity, long service life, low noise, high efficiency, and energy-saving.
4. The usage range and basic parameters of the BYD oil-cooled electric drum are consistent with JB4256 (1.2.3)-86 "YD oil-cooled electric drum".
