A short story about the emergency repair team of the Spline Division
Today, I would like to share a little story about an emergency repair in our cycloidal workshop. On the morning of July 15, 2023, Minister Yan Wanjian of the Cycloidal Division received a call from Marketing Manager Zhang Peiguang. In the call, Zhang Peiguang conveyed an urgent request from the user: due to equipment failure, a 160-kilowatt motor coupling needed to be repaired to restore production. Minister Yan immediately took action, arranging for three workshop employees, Yan Qin, Jia Xiaodong, and Liang Sheng, and also contacted Comrade Yang Yingjun from the technical department to jointly tackle this urgent task. After the user entered the workshop, the four of them quickly began troubleshooting and repair work. This task required not only technical skills but also a sense of responsibility and perseverance. They faced the challenge together, brainstorming ideas, and after a whole day of effort, working overtime until 10:30 PM, they finally completed the repair task. Their professional skills and dedicated efforts solved a major problem for the user regarding production stoppage. Yan Qin, Liang Sheng, Jia Xiaodong, and Comrade Yang Yingjun provided the user not just with service, but also with a sense of responsibility and care. They implemented the concept of 'urgent user needs' into practical actions, allowing the user to feel their dedication and professionalism, which also confirmed our Xinkai quality policy of 'gathering employee wisdom and pursuing customer satisfaction.'
