Therefore, he strictly demands himself and his team members in daily management, meticulously checking the quality of each component, strictly controlling every process link, and resolutely eliminating any factors that may affect product quality.
As the team leader, Master Liu is adept at bringing team members together to brainstorm, analyze collectively, and quickly find entry points and solutions when facing problems. Even when confronted with complex and tricky technical challenges, he can demonstrate extraordinary patience and perseverance, utilizing the collective strength to steadily analyze and solve problems step by step until they are completely resolved.
The "Self-made Adjustable Hinged Lifting Device" project developed by Master Liu in 2023 won the second prize in the Pingyao "Five Small Competitions" event, and he has been awarded the title of advanced producer for three consecutive years, continuously recognized as a quality model for many years.
