Since 1996, the company has invested over 2 million yuan, being the first in the industry to introduce the MRPII manufacturing computer integrated information management system, which was later upgraded to an ERP system, achieving dynamic management and providing dozens of types of information for statistical analysis at any time. A financial management information network and a CAD/CAPP auxiliary design network system have been gradually established. In recent years, the company has emphasized the integration of informatization and industrialization, increasing investment in the CNC replacement of key equipment, and continuously improving the level of informatization management. There have been significant improvements in the transmission of logistics information and the speed of product technology development, greatly enhancing the ability to adapt to the market. As the proportion of social informatization gradually increases, the integration of industrialization and informatization will also become the dominant force in economic development and will play an increasingly important role.
