On August 28, Chairman Liang Xinwen organized a "Company Core Values Training Session" for all employees. At the beginning of the meeting, all employees stood and sang the national anthem together, starting the training in a solemn atmosphere. Administrative Vice President Li Wenjian presided over the meeting and stated that this training session was not only a deep exploration of the company's spiritual core but also a thought empowerment to unite team consensus and clarify development direction. Since the company's establishment, our steady progress in the market waves relies not only on excellent products and services but also on a set of value guidelines that guide decisions and unite strength.
Chairman Liang Xinwen first explained the connotation of the company's "Xinkai" trademark: "Xin" means integrity, and "Kai" means success. Only by adhering to integrity can long-term development and true success be achieved. Regarding company operations, Chairman Liang clearly pointed out that "gathering employees' wisdom and pursuing customer satisfaction" is both a quality policy and a business policy—the core driving force of enterprise development comes from every employee's intelligent work and dedicated effort, with the ultimate goal of meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regarding quality objectives, he proposed the vision of "creating first-class products in China and establishing a world-renowned brand."
Regarding the company's " Respect, Inclusion, Integrity, Rigor " four core values, Chairman Liang gave a detailed explanation. He pointed out:
"Respect" is a reflection of employee cultivation, covering the improvement of thoughts, morals, technical skills, and cultural foundation. It must be implemented in interactions with colleagues, superiors and subordinates, customers, and partners, demonstrating equality and unity, and eliminating behaviors that harm team atmosphere such as bullying, isolation, and ridicule;
"Inclusion" is a manifestation of employees' broad-mindedness. We Xinkai people need to "embrace Xinkai and look at the world," prioritizing collective interests, avoiding waste and behaviors that damage the company's reputation. We must unite and help each other, be inclusive of colleagues, focus on users to overcome work difficulties, and accept our own and others' shortcomings while maintaining positive energy and a sunny attitude;
"Integrity" is the baseline of employee conduct. Employees must establish correct worldviews and outlooks on life, prioritize collective interests, correct mistakes promptly, stop wrong actions immediately, and respect others and discipline;
"Rigor" is the standard of employee work style. Employees should uphold a pursuit of excellence, promote technological innovation and efficiency improvement, and satisfy customer needs with perfect products.
Finally, Chairman Liang addressed all employees: "I hope we can happily work at Xinkai for another 65 years, becoming the seed of industrial enterprises in Pingyao County, enduring and thriving, keeping pace with development in the tide of the times, and making Xinkai shine brilliantly in the national industry." He also expressed respect to employees who have long devoted themselves selflessly to technology research and company culture inheritance, wishing everyone safe commutes and happy lives.
In response to Chairman Liang's important training, General Manager Liu Changsheng made a work deployment of "truly practicing and leading by example" and put forward three thoughts and requirements to all company cadres and employees:
First, clearly understand the current survival and development challenges and find breakthrough directions;
Second, recognize that "the real competitor is oneself," and only by actively changing can we win the future;
Third, guide employees to think about "what work I can do for the company's development," closely linking personal growth with company development.
Finally, General Manager Liu wished all employees smooth work and happy lives.
After the meeting, Vice President Li Wenjian emphasized that all employees should "internalize the company's core values in their hearts and externalize them in actions"—upholding respect in collaboration, practicing inclusion in communication, adhering to integrity in conduct, and implementing rigor in details. "Let us be guided by core values, gather the powerful force to promote the company's high-quality development, and jointly write a new chapter for Xinkai's future!"
At the end of the meeting, all employees stood and sang the factory song together, marking the successful conclusion of this core values training session.
