On January 4, 2024, Lv Shangyi, President of the Shanxi Electromechanical Association, Wang Chunming, Vice President and Secretary-General, Liu Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanxi Coal Mine Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Vice President Wang Jiewei, and Deputy Secretary-General Sun Yuesheng, entrusted by the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association, conducted on-site review of the declared project. Chairman Liang Xinwen, Deputy General Manager Li Wenjian, and Office Director Liang Maoqing received them. The first meeting was chaired by Wang Chunming, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Shanxi Electromechanical Association.

Lv Shangyi, President of the Shanxi Mechanical and Electronic Industry Association, pointed out that Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Co., Ltd. was awarded the Demonstration Enterprise for Management Progress by the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association in 2018 and passed the re-evaluation in 2021. This time is a new declaration, and this on-site review is entrusted by the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association to audit the company's compliance status. The association, as a service organization, will provide comprehensive services for enterprises in project declaration, new product identification, standardization, etc. Chairman Liang Xinwen introduced the participating enterprise personnel and thanked the association for its assistance to the enterprise over the years, warmly welcoming the experts to guide the company.

Chairman Liang started from the establishment of the enterprise in 1958 when there were no products, only repair work, and introduced the three development periods of Pingyao Reducer: the difficult entrepreneurial period, the planned economy period, and the market economy period. The sustainable development of the enterprise cannot be separated from the support of the association and leaders at all levels. The enterprise has mainly focused on three strategies: product quality, talent cultivation, and product research and development, laying a solid foundation for the development of Pingyao Reducer. Although the mechanical industry market is challenging, the improvement of the company's R&D capabilities has led to continuous new products, and the proportion of new products is increasing every year, replacing imports, with hard-toothed reducers becoming the mainstream of the company's products. We are full of confidence in future development. During the review phase, the expert group leader, Shen Ruohong, Executive Vice President of the Shanxi Electromechanical Association, first clarified that the expert meeting would conduct a fair and just review and read the confidentiality statement. Hu Xiaoyuan, Deputy Director of the Corporate Management Department, provided a detailed report using PPT on eight aspects: company profile, development strategy, corporate culture, product R&D and innovation, information construction, supply chain management, performance management, and safety and environmental management. The expert group then conducted an on-site inspection of the company, visited the company’s history exhibition hall, and carefully reviewed the relevant supporting materials.

At the final meeting after the expert closed-door meeting, Executive Vice President Shen Ruohong provided feedback on the review opinions and suggestions: the attending experts unanimously agreed that the company was well-prepared, the PPT content was detailed and thorough, management was standardized, distinctive, and effective, and the corporate Culture had cohesion. They hope to continue to strengthen on-site management and increase efforts in market share and intelligent manufacturing. President Lv Shangyi hopes the company will continue to maintain the honor of a demonstration enterprise for management progress and strive to elevate to a higher level in the next declaration. Secretary-General Wang Chunming summarized: the attending experts unanimously agreed that the project declared by Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Co., Ltd. as a demonstration enterprise for management progress is overall good and agreed to recommend approval.
