Recently, the company’s P2SB30-50 planetary gear reducer has been successfully assembled and delivered to the customer. This product is paired with a motor rated at 1,120 kW, featuring a rated output torque of 527 kN•m and a nominal speed ratio of 50. It adopts a transmission structure consisting of “a single-stage parallel cylindrical gear plus a two-stage planetary gear,” enabling stable and efficient power transmission. This is currently the largest-frame-size product designed and manufactured within the company’s P-series reducers.
During the project’s advancement, all departments worked in close coordination and with high efficiency. In the early stage, personnel from the Sales Department and the Technical Department traveled personally to the customer’s site to precisely measure dimensional parameters and thoroughly align with operational requirements, laying a solid foundation for product development. After the agreement was signed, the Technical Department took the lead in coordinating the overall design, and team members collaborated closely to complete the drawing preparation. During the machining phase, Division One made rational allocations of production resources to ensure precise machining of components and timely delivery. In the assembly and no-load testing stages—including fueling—every performance parameter of the product met the specified standards, fully validating its operational reliability.
The successful delivery of this P2SB30-50 planetary gear reducer further enhances the company’s product portfolio in the P-series reducers, effectively strengthening its core competitiveness in the heavy-duty transmission equipment sector.
