In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully carry out the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, steadfastly uphold the Party’s Eight-Point Decision on Improving Conduct, and promote the institutionalization and long-term effectiveness of style-of-work development, the company’s Party branch convened the 2025 Organizational Life Meeting and Democratic Assessment of Party Members on March 26, 2026.

Prior to the meeting, all Party members engaged in concentrated study, individual self-study, and thematic discussions, with a particular focus on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the successive plenary sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee, the Party Constitution, Party rules and regulations, as well as the relevant work requirements issued by higher-level Party organizations regarding organizational life meetings. Party branch committee members held candid conversations with one another, between party branch committee members and ordinary Party members, and among Party members themselves, exchanging views on ideological matters and sharing information about work and daily life, while also openly exchanging opinions and identifying each other’s problems and shortcomings. Each Party member conducted a comprehensive self-assessment against the obligations stipulated in the Party Constitution, thoroughly identifying any deficiencies or issues. Meanwhile, the Party branch committee, in light of the responsibilities assigned to Party branches under the Party Constitution and in view of the progress made in addressing the problems identified at last year’s organizational life meeting, focused on examining and pinpointing the existing problems and gaps in strengthening the branch’s political and organizational functions.

At the meeting, Secretary Liang Xinwen delivered the 2025 Work Report on behalf of the Party Branch Committee, providing a comprehensive review of the branch’s achievements over the past year in strengthening political leadership, deepening the integration of Party building with production and operations, and reinforcing disciplinary safeguards. The report also objectively outlined the existing problems and shortcomings, and clearly set forth the work plan and corrective measures for implementing the “Five Ones” initiative in 2026, which is guided by Party building to drive enterprise development.

During the criticism and self-criticism session, four Party member representatives, including Liang Maoqing, spoke one after another, closely linking their remarks to their respective posts and to their ideological and work styles. They conducted a thorough examination of shortcomings and deficiencies in such areas as strengthening political loyalty, enhancing political competence, cultivating Party spirit, strictly observing discipline and rules, taking on responsibilities and acting proactively, and fulfilling duties and performing their functions. Their self-criticisms were candid and unvarnished, focusing on specific individuals and concrete issues, while the mutual criticisms were direct, frank, and constructive, thereby achieving the intended outcomes of “making people blush and sweat, eliminating problems and curing ills, strengthening unity, and promoting work.” Subsequently, the meeting rigorously followed established procedures to conduct democratic evaluations of Party members, with all participants carrying out the evaluations in an objective, impartial, and fact-based manner.

Finally, Secretary Liang Xinwen delivered a concluding speech. He noted that this organizational life meeting was thoroughly prepared, featured incisive self-examination, and was conducted in a serious atmosphere, thereby achieving the objectives of aligning thinking, improving work style, and advancing our work. With regard to the next phase of work, he put forward four requirements:

1. Continuously strengthen theoretical education and integrate learning and education into daily work, making it a regular and ongoing priority;

2. Rigorously oversee the rectification and implementation of identified issues by establishing a task list, setting clear deadlines, and implementing closed-loop management.

3. Deepen the integration of Party building with business operations, leveraging Party building to address challenges in production, operations, and technological innovation;

4. We must be courageous in taking responsibility, adept at communication, and fully exemplify the vanguard and model role of Party members, thereby providing strong guarantees for the enterprise’s high-quality development.

This meeting further strengthened the Party branch’s cohesion and combat effectiveness, inspiring all Party members to perform their duties with a more pragmatic style and a stronger sense of responsibility, thereby injecting robust Party-building momentum into the sustained and healthy development of Pingyao Reducer Co., Ltd.
