Li Duoying, Deputy Secretary-General of the China General Machinery Industry Association and Secretary-General of the Gear Reducer Branch, delivered an opening speech, analyzing the industry situation and existing problems of gear reducers. Wu Mingjun, General Manager of Nanjing High Precision Gear Group Co., Ltd., explained modern multidimensional design technology for gearboxes based on his years of experience and the research results of Nanjing High Precision Gear. Professor Wang Yanzhong from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics started with basic mechanical processing knowledge, then introduced intelligent assembly technology and showcased his research results. Professor Li Guolong from Chongqing University explained the key processes and quality control for precision machining of high-performance gears. Senior Engineer Tang Zhisheng from Jiangsu Guomao Reducer Co., Ltd. provided a detailed explanation of the "H/R Series Gear Reducer General Technical Specifications," analyzing the specific sources and references for each standard and pointing out the significant importance of this group standard for industry development. Through this learning experience in Nanjing, I deeply recognized my shortcomings and the enormous role of standards.
