The four-day training was conducted by several national craftsmen who enjoy special allowances from the State Council or the Shanxi Provincial Government, and have won the National May Day Labor Award or the Provincial May Day Labor Award multiple times. The training courses mainly focused on the spirit of the 20th National Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on the working class and trade union work, as well as lean thinking, lean management tools, and improvement methods. The trainers all have profound knowledge and practice in lean management, and through learning, they provided us with many improvement insights, opening up our thinking on lean management. It not only deepened everyone's understanding of the importance of carrying out lean work but also taught us theoretical knowledge and practical tools and methods to improve on-site management.
