Participants watched the explanation of Professor Li Juan, a PhD in Law, professor at Taiyuan Normal University, and a council member of the China Intellectual Property Law Research Association, through video live broadcast at the sub-venue of the Pingyao County Market Supervision Bureau. At the meeting, PhD Li Juan explained the relevant knowledge of intellectual property and patents to the participants, such as methods and measures for intellectual property operation, patent operation models, etc.; the most emphasized phrase was "Adhere to technology as the primary productive force, and innovation as the primary driving force for development", which is also the banner direction and requirement put forward for enterprises.
