Liang Xiaoli's advanced deeds

Liang Xiaoli, female, from Pingyao, Shanxi, born in October 1984, a member of the Communist Party, with a bachelor's degree, and an engineer. She graduated from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology in 2009 with a major in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation, and officially entered the Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Factory in August of the same year.

Since starting her job, Liang Xiaoli has been engaged in technical work. With a passion for the reducer industry, she has been practical, responsible, and united with her colleagues. After years of hard work, Liang Xiaoli has achieved excellent results in product technology innovation and improvement.

Technical innovation  helps enterprise development

Since starting her career, Liang Xiaoli has continuously strengthened her learning and accumulation of business knowledge, always linking technological innovation with production practice, contributing her efforts in the design and development of new products. In the design of the modular reducer series to replace imports, she led the design of products No. 11 and 12. In 2018, the product obtained the "National Mine Product Safety Mark Certificate." In 2019, the design of "Modular Reducer to Replace Imports" was selected as a key R&D project in Shanxi Province. In 2023, the MB3SH11-28-C reducer passed the "Shanxi Boutique" certification. In the design of the YN series permanent magnet drive device, Liang Xiaoli completed the designs of YN280 and YN450 as a technical backbone. In 2021, the project "Permanent Magnet Drive Device for Pulleys" was selected as a patent funding promotion project in Shanxi Province. In 2022, she completed the project "Intelligent Manufacturing Production Position Operation Standards for Reducers" in cooperation with Shanxi Engineering Vocational College as the main person in charge. In 2023, Liang Xiaoli completed the project "Intelligent Innovation Training Platform for Electromechanical Equipment" in cooperation with Shanxi Engineering Vocational College as a key member, and completed the application for a utility model patent, which has now been issued an acceptance notice. Liang Xiaoli has obtained 7 patents, including 6 utility model patents and 1 design patent. In 2021, she participated as a representative of frontline technical staff in the 15th Party Representative Congress of Pingyao County.

In product improvement and innovation, Liang Xiaoli actively engages in the production front line, proactively identifying problems on-site, and solving practical production issues through communication with workshop workers and combining her professional knowledge. In her work, she always adheres to the concept of "energy saving, consumption reduction, and increased production," striving for greater technological breakthroughs. The "Milling Process Improvement of the Low Shaft Keyway of the Oil Pump Reducer" was awarded the Excellent QC Group Achievement Award in Shanxi Province in 2012; the "Improvement of the Qualification Rate of the Low Shaft Keyway of the Oil Pump Reducer" was awarded the Excellent QC Group Achievement Award in Shanxi Province in 2015; in 2020, the "Improvement of the Qualification Rate of the Herringbone Gear First Inspection" won the second prize (Level B) in the Jinzhong Quality Attack; in 2021, the "Improvement of the Qualification Rate of the Brake Wheel Tail Groove" won the third prize (Level C) in the Jinzhong Quality Attack; the "Keyway Sand Belt Grinding Device" won the third prize for excellent results in the city's "Five Small" competition in 2021 and the second prize in the 8th "Five Small" competition in Pingyao County. Through years of diligent effort, Liang Xiaoli has received unanimous praise from company leaders and colleagues. Li Pengjuan's advanced deeds

Li Pengjuan, female, born in July 1985, a member of the public, with a bachelor's degree. She graduated from North University of China in 2008 with a major in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation, and entered the Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Factory (restructured into Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Co., Ltd. in 2013) in August of the same year. She is currently the director of the standardization office of the technical department of Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Co., Ltd. and an engineer.

Since starting her job, Li Pengjuan has loved her work and life for 16 years, and has been awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Worker" multiple times. She strives for perfection in her work and is diligent in her position, earning recognition and affirmation from leaders and colleagues for her hard work; in life, she is sincere and open-minded, and is willing to contribute to her family, earning respect and trust from friends and family.

She is serious and responsible towards her work, diligent and hardworking, with a strong sense of career and responsibility. In life, she is enthusiastic, cheerful, and optimistic, maintaining harmonious relationships with colleagues, often proactively helping others, being sincere and kind to others.

Dedication to work, pioneering and innovative

Developing a replacement for imported hard-toothed reducers is one of the product strategic positions in the company's "133" medium and long-term development strategic plan. In response to industry demands, Li Pengjuan, as a technical backbone, completed the development and design of the HB series products to replace imported reducers from France and the development of the medium specification M series imported hard-toothed reducers. These two major product series have become the company's leading products, generating good economic and social benefits.

The gearbox MLX130 vertical mill reducer designed and developed by her weighs 38 tons. The successful manufacturing of this reducer has set a record for manufacturing large mill reducers in the province, laying a foundation for the company to establish itself in the building materials industry. In addition to product design and development, Li Pengjuan is also responsible for the company's standardization work. In 2020, she completed the preparation of the group standard "Double Arc Herringbone Gear Reducer" led by the China Heavy Machinery Association, which has been submitted for the Shanxi Provincial Standardization Innovation Contribution Award. She also completed the preparation of the group standard for the "MHB Series Reducers for Conveyors" proposed by the Shanxi Provincial Public Brand Construction Association.

Persist in self-improvement, strive to enhanceTo do a good job in her position, one must practice "internal skills" and persist in "charging." When she first started, she was unfamiliar with her work and didn't know where to start. She often used her spare time and evenings to study diligently. In the male-dominated mechanical industry, female workers need to put in greater effort to ensure they do not fall behind.

In 2020, the "New Oil Connection Device" developed by Li Pengjuan won the second prize for excellent results in the Jinzhong "Five Small" competition; in 2021, the "Energy-saving Drive Device" researched by Li Pengjuan won the third prize for excellent results in the Shanxi "Five Small" innovation competition; Li Pengjuan focuses on technological improvement and patent promotion, obtaining 7 utility model patents.
