Safety in Heart -- Li Xiaowen
Li Xiaowen from the machining workshop of the second product division has been dedicated to the gear hobbing machine position since he joined the company for training and internship in 2005. With a focused and dedicated attitude, he embodies the spirit of craftsmanship through his actions and has been repeatedly recognized by the company as an "advanced producer" and "quality model."
On March 30, 2006, he actively responded to the company's call and went with his team to Zuoquan to participate in the aftermath of a fire. Speaking of that experience, Master Li still remembers it vividly. In that incident, he truly felt the cruelty of water and fire, and he gained a deeper understanding of the importance of safety.
In 2007, Master Li Xiaowen solemnly submitted an application to join the party to the company's party branch, expressing his strong desire and firm determination to join the Communist Party of China. After relentless efforts and long-term tests, he finally realized his long-cherished wish on July 30, 2017, becoming an honorable Communist Party member. This noble honor is not only a recognition of his personal character and professional ability but also an affirmation of his commitment to his original intention and unwavering spirit.
Master Li not only performs excellently at work but is also a warm-hearted person in life. He has a cheerful and generous personality, is honest and straightforward, and demonstrates an open-minded and cheerful demeanor in both work and interpersonal interactions.
