Guo Chunhe, a vertical lathe operator in the second product division's body workshop. Master Guo has been dedicated to the company's production front line since 1991, when he was just 19 years old. With his diligent and eager-to-learn spirit, he quickly mastered the technical essentials through practice, gaining recognition from leaders and colleagues, which allowed him to stay with the company. He has now devoted a full 33 years of his youth to the company.
Throughout this long career, Master Guo has consistently remained in the position of boring machine operator for 26 years. His understanding and mastery of the boring machine operating procedures have reached an extraordinary level. Whether it is equipment maintenance, safety operating procedures, or the precise processing size requirements of various parts, he is well-versed and can apply them with ease and proficiency. His rigorous attitude towards work and extreme pursuit of details have allowed him to maintain high standards and strict requirements in boring machine operations, ensuring that the quality of the products he produces is always stable and reliable. During his approximately twenty years as a team leader, Master Guo has always adhered to the spirit of dedication and teamwork, treating every task with diligence. He leads by example, demonstrating responsibility and commitment through his actions. He is patient and meticulous, caring for the growth and development of his colleagues, and has become a mentor and technical leader for many young employees after they join the company.
For many years, Master Guo has maintained a simple and unpretentious work attitude, always eager to take on dirty and tiring tasks without considering personal gains or losses, unafraid of hardship or fatigue. For him, every job is an opportunity to exercise and improve himself, and every effort is a reflection of his love and contribution to the enterprise. Master Guo has been continuously learning; during his work, he learned the operating techniques of milling machines, planers, and vertical lathes. In 2017, he was transferred to the vertical lathe operation position. He has been repeatedly recognized by the company as an "advanced producer" and "quality model."
