Excellent Craftsman - Liang Sheng
2023 Advanced Producer of the Year, Liang Sheng, the team leader of the cycloidal workshop, joined the company in July 2001. Over the years, he has continuously learned and made progress in his work. With a strong desire for knowledge, diligent research, and a down-to-earth, conscientious work attitude, he has learned and engaged in various trades such as grinding, coordinate boring, turning, milling, and assembly.
As the team leader of the cycloidal workshop and a lean management promoter, Comrade Liang Sheng not only continuously strengthens his own professional skills but also actively helps his colleagues solve daily work problems and progress together. He cooperates actively with the company's management work, providing suggestions and strategies for efficient and safe production on the workshop floor. Many of his rational suggestions have been adopted and implemented, and his outstanding work ability and strong sense of responsibility have received unanimous praise from leaders and colleagues.
During his many years of work, Comrade Liang Sheng has always maintained his original intention and actively contributed. In 2013, he became an honorable member of the Communist Party. He was awarded the "Outstanding Craftsman of the Machinery Industry" title in the 2022 event promoting high-quality development of the machinery industry, organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation. He has been awarded the title of "Advanced Producer" by the company for several consecutive years.
