Li Pengjuan from the technical department graduated from North University of China with a major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation. She joined the company in August 2004 and has been in a technical position for 20 years, mainly responsible for the development, certification, and standardization of hard-toothed gear reducer products. She has participated in the development and design of various new products and the preparation of specifications for the company.
Master Li Pengjuan upholds the spirit of craftsmanship, striving for excellence and continuous improvement, diligently learning and practicing, and demonstrating the style of skilled talents in the new era. From 2020 to 2021, organized by the company, she participated in the preparation of the group standard "Double Arc Herringbone Gear Reducer" led by the China Heavy Machinery Association, and the revision of the group standard for "MH/B Series Reducers for Conveyors" in Shanxi Province. She obtained two design patents for the automatic protection lubrication and cooling device for hard-toothed gearboxes and the garlic mulching device. Her paper "Fault Diagnosis of Oil Pump Reducers" was published at the Heavy Machinery Basic Supporting Components Development Forum. The various devices she participated in designing have won multiple awards in the "Five Small" competition at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, and she has been awarded the title of "Advanced Worker" by the company multiple times.
Liang Shengren, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Pingyao County and Chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions, awarded Li Pengjuan a certificate and bonus.
