Outstanding Employee -- Yan Huaxing
2023 Advanced Producer of the Year, Yan Huaxing from the machining workshop of Division One, is currently an excellent operator in the company's CNC gear grinding room. He graduated from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology with a major in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing. He joined the company in August 2004 and has been engaged in gear hobbing and gear grinding work. For twenty years, he has adhered to a work style of integrity and pragmatism, maintaining a harmonious and progressive working style with his colleagues, and keeping a sense of ownership as if the factory were his home, continuously innovating while upholding principles in his work. Years of work experience have enabled Master Yan Huaxing to master high-level operating skills and proficient techniques, making him one of the backbone forces in implementing technical processes on the production front line of the company. Since joining, he has repeatedly been awarded the title of "Advanced Producer" by the company. He serves as a promoter in the company's lean management initiatives and has excellently completed various work tasks in cooperation with the workshop director.
