Outstanding Employee -- Wang Xiaodong
2023 Advanced Producer of the Year, Comrade Wang Xiaodong from the Machining Workshop of the Second Division, graduated from North University of China with a major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation. Since joining the company in 2017, he has diligently practiced mechanics and was able to independently operate CNC automated equipment and complete machining tasks within just a few months. He continuously researches technology and improves his personal work skills in his position, participating in the Jinzhong City Skills Competition and the "Blossoms in Full Bloom" skills training organized by the Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, where he has performed excellently in practical work. He is the youngest master in the machining workshop and has been awarded the title of "Advanced Producer" for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023 after three years of service.
