In 2023, the advanced producer, Zhao Qiang, team leader of the assembly workshop in the second division, started his career in the assembly workshop as an apprentice after joining in 2006. Over time, Master Zhao Qiang, with his solid technical skills and outstanding organizational abilities, gradually rose to the position of team leader.
