In 2023, the advanced producer, Liang Mingyong from the Quality Inspection Department, joined the company in 1989 and has been engaged in inspection work in the Quality Inspection Department for nearly 30 years. During this time, he has worked on the front lines in various workshops including cycloid, heat treatment, body, and gear hobbing machines. Master Liang Mingyong has a meticulous observation ability in his work, dedicating great focus and patience to every inspection link and detail. Through detailed records and extensive summaries, he continuously improves his work skills. When encountering various difficulties at work, he is adept at using QC methods and discussing solutions with experienced masters to verify his problem-solving methods and techniques. He has independently developed and modified various inspection tools and equipment, which not only improve work efficiency but also showcase his innovative thinking and work ability.
In his daily life, Master Liang Mingyong is full of interest; he loves and records the little stories of life, expressing through words to showcase his rich and colorful spiritual world. In terms of invention and creation, Master Liang Mingyong has achieved remarkable results. His project "Inspection Tool for Improving Oil Mark Size" won the third prize in the 4th "Five Small" competition in Jinzhong City; in the 2017 Pingyao "Five Small" competition, he won the second prize; the project "Multi-Purpose Adjustable Mid-Distance Quick Inspection Device" won the third prize in the 10th "Five Small" competition in Pingyao County; he has been repeatedly recognized by the company as an "Advanced Producer" and "Quality Model."
