Chairman Liang Xinwen invites employees with birthdays in the eleventh month of the lunar calendar for a discussion.


On December 14th, we welcomed a light snow and also celebrated the employee birthday seminar for the lunar November.

 

 

More than twenty employees from various departments and positions gathered at the invitation of Chairman Liang Xinwen to discuss the development and future of Xinkai over the past sixty-five years.

At Xinkai, being able to receive birthday red envelopes from General Liang every year and gathering together for birthday parties, this care deeply moves us. Witnessing Xinkai's gradual strengthening in my own growth, I wish the company an even more glorious future. Outstanding young worker Wang Xiaodong, who has been with the company for six years, not only actively researches skills in his position but has also successfully completed his studies to upgrade from a junior college to a bachelor's degree. He actively participates in technical training, learning CNC technology, and has become a leader among the young workers in the company. Master An Daozhu, who has worked for more than twenty years, expressed deep feelings for the company while reflecting on the rapid passage of time and development. Li Houjian was also very excited and hoped to see the celebration scenes for the company's 75th and 85th anniversaries.

 

 

 

Chairman Liang Xinwen listened to everyone's speeches and fully appreciated the family spirit of everyone. In particular, he gave full recognition to Comrade Tian Shuangshuang for her serious writing of the speech, sincere attitude, and heartfelt expression. He also fully acknowledged Comrade Wang Xiaodong's spirit of continuous learning and research.
