On December 28, during the assembly of a certain model of reducer in the final assembly workshop, difficulties arose. To ensure the timely delivery of this order, Deputy General Manager Zhang Yuanfeng was always on-site directing the operations. In the face of difficulties, General Zhang quickly mobilized personnel from various departments of the company for emergency response. With the active cooperation of department leaders and employees, everyone quickly joined the emergency team to tackle technical challenges. All personnel worked hard until 7 PM to have dinner, and then, under General Zhang's organization, resumed intense work at 9 PM, fighting through the night until 3 AM. On December 29, Chairman Liang Xinwen announced good news in the employee group: Under General Zhang's leadership, everyone worked hard for another day after working overtime until 3 AM the previous night, and ultimately completed all the trial production work for the new product by the evening.
