On March 2, 11 members of the Xinkai Company, led by Chairman Liang Xinwen and General Manager Liu Changsheng, began a two-day red education journey.

On the way, General Manager Liu Changsheng explained the significance of this high-level team building: "In the face of a severe situation, in the first battle year and the starting year of the 65th anniversary, the first team building of the senior management is of great significance." He quoted former South Korean President Park Geun-hye: "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together." Just like a high-speed train, every carriage has its own power. There are no perfect individuals, only a perfect team; we believe in the power of the collective and the power of unity. He called on us to practice the spirit of the Hongqi Canal in our work through this activity. He said: "Through this activity, we hope everyone can reflect, gain insights, purify their minds, and boost morale. Chairman Mao's spirit of 'man can conquer nature' and 'with great ambition, one dares to change the world' has written the glorious achievements of Xinkai's history. Under the leadership of Chairman Liang Xinwen, I have the confidence and determination to create brilliance for Xinkai together with everyone!" Upon reaching the destination, we admired the great project of the Hongqi Canal, learned about the difficult history of the Linzhou people due to water shortages, and listened to heroic stories of those who diverted the Zhanghe River to build the Hongqi Canal. Everyone praised the fearlessness, resilience, and bravery of our predecessors in overcoming difficulties. For every difficulty, there are warriors who solve those difficulties. The Hongqi Canal project shows us that faith is the pillar of success. It reminds us that in our work, we will also encounter many difficulties and bottlenecks. We must learn from our predecessors' spirit of facing challenges, using wisdom to solve problems, and never giving up. Everyone visited the Hongqi Canal Memorial Hall and the Youth Cave, all moved by the spirit of "self-reliance, hard work, unity and cooperation, and selfless dedication," undergoing a baptism of thought.

Facing challenges head-on and bravely shouldering responsibilities: learning from Secretary Yang Gui's courage to lead everyone in construction upon seeing the backwardness of the mountainous area. Getting involved and going deep into the masses: learning from Secretary Yang Gui's hands-on approach, visiting villages, and conducting in-depth research. For the people, relying on the people: learning the character of cadres sharing hardships with the masses, working together to overcome difficulties. Integrity and public service: learning from the style of not wasting or misappropriating funds and materials during the ten years of canal construction. Ten years to build a canal, a canal that becomes a miracle. Walking along the Hongqi Canal again, listening to the songs of that year, passion surges in our hearts, uplifting our spirits. The 1500-kilometer artificial sky river ended the suffering of the Linzhou people, traveling through the clean and tidy Linzhou city, sending blessings for a prosperous and beautiful new Linzhou. On March 3, everyone arrived at Guoliang Village in Huixian, Henan, walking on the 1250-meter hanging road, marveling at the great project carved by thirteen brave men. The hanging road of Guoliang Village, one of the world's most unique 18 roads, showcases the wisdom and courage of the Chinese people, bringing new vitality and opportunities to the ancient village. Guoliang Village has a dangerous terrain and beautiful scenery. The Pearl of Taihang displays the beauty of nature, with spectacular cliffs that seem to be cut by knives and axes. Everyone walked along the winding stone path, admiring the beautiful scenery, reflecting on the events of that era, and singing the songs of that time. Our predecessors, with their indomitable faith and clever wisdom, turned the impassable chasm into a thoroughfare with their blood, creating miracles that future generations admire. On the way back, Chairman Liang Xinwen summarized this red journey. He said: "Through the visits to the Hongqi Canal and Guoliang Village, we see the important significance of these two spirits of unity and cooperation, overcoming all difficulties. Everyone should seriously think about: 1. How to lead the team well. 2. How to carry out work in this year's poor economic situation. Through team-building activities, everyone should adjust their work mindset and bravely move forward for the company's 65th anniversary.
