During the speeches of the participants, workshop director Master Lei Chunguang emphasized the importance of learning. Master Huo Yaoyong shared his experiences from different units, highlighting the rarity of the company's humanistic cultural atmosphere, and expressed his commitment to continuously improve the quality level in the welding process, aiming to integrate the important content of the 2024 quality year into practical work. As a key member of the assembly workshop, team leader Master Ji Lingbao recognized the importance of assembly as the final process and promised to strengthen quality awareness, ensure timely completion of each production task, and work diligently. After listening to everyone's speeches, Chairman Liang Xinwen provided feedback based on the characteristics of each position, outlining specific hopes and requirements. After affirming everyone's efforts, and in light of the current economic situation, Chairman Liang Xinwen reiterated the quality policy of "gathering employees' wisdom and pursuing customer satisfaction." He stated that quality is created by every employee through diligent work, continuous technological innovation, and creativity. He encouraged the collection of employees' opinions and suggestions through daily small activities, improvement accumulation, and motivating employees' enthusiasm.
