The company held a retirement seminar for the honorable retiree Master Li Jianhua.


On August 24, the company held a retirement seminar for Master Li Jianhua in the second-floor conference room.

 

 

The seminar was organized and hosted by the company's Vice President of Administration, Li Wenjian, with participation from Chairman Liang Xinwen, General Manager Liu Changsheng, Executive Director Lü Yazheng, and other company leaders and personnel from the management department. During the seminar, everyone shared their thoughts on Master Li Jianhua's 41 years of work experience in the company. Master Li Jianhua briefly recounted his work experience in the company. Time flies, and although his hair has turned gray, his heart remains unchanged. He has unknowingly reached retirement age. Despite his deep attachment to the company, family matters have compelled him to choose to say goodbye to the big family he has relied on for 41 years. As the direct leader of the management department, Vice President Li Wenjian fully acknowledged the initiative, efficiency, focus, and seriousness that Master Li demonstrated in his work; Executive Director Lü Yazheng conveyed to us through memories of Master Li Jianhua's 41 years of work experience that Master Li has always held a steadfast belief in weathering storms with the company and being wholeheartedly dedicated; he has consistently maintained a good work style characterized by unity, friendship, hard work, and a positive attitude. He sincerely wished Master Li Jianhua happiness and health in retirement. General Manager Liu Changsheng affirmed Master Li Jianhua's achievements in corporate management and emphasized that all company managers must adhere to principles in their work, focus on the company's goals and tasks, and never relax their standards. He also hoped that Master Li would often come back to visit after retirement and continue to care about the company's development. During the meeting, Chairman Liang Xinwen acknowledged Master Li Jianhua's various contributions to the company's development and once again invited him to continue working at the company. He also called on us to learn from Master Li's work spirit demonstrated over 41 years, which includes hard work, proactivity, diligent study of business technology, fairness and justice, timely handling of matters, and the ability to work independently. He presented four work requirements to all company personnel: 1. Maintaining a calm mindset is a work responsibility, and one must dare to take on responsibilities; 2. Treating the factory as home is our positioning towards work; 3. We must have the spirit and ability to pursue excellence; 4. We must have the belief to bravely climb to new heights.
