In the environment of actively promoting lean management in the company, Minister Wang Guangliang of the Second Division and Master Zhang Wenzheng, the chief dispatcher, fully practiced the spirit of people-oriented and continuous improvement. They led by example, using their precious Sunday rest time to personally engage in the unfinished material yard organization tasks from the previous week, conducting a thorough reorganization of the material yard.
By properly placing the long-unused boxes to the side, they conducted a preliminary zoning of the complete machine products, effectively freeing up valuable space in the material yard. This not only ensured that the newly arrived boxes could be smoothly discharged but also greatly improved the working environment for the material yard workers, making the operational area more spacious and fluid. Master Zhao Qiang, upon seeing this, did not hesitate to join in this work. He drove the forklift and actively assisted in moving and organizing the boxes, further enhancing work efficiency.
