In order to ensure the smooth progress of this study activity and provide students with a warm and comfortable learning and living environment, under the organization of Vice General Manager Li Wenjian, various preparations were carried out a week in advance. From cleaning the floor to wiping the windows, from dusting the bed frames to washing and tidying the bedding, every task was done to perfection, waiting for the arrival of the students.
In terms of diet, the canteen customized a rich and varied menu based on the students' taste preferences and nutritional needs. At the same time, in order to ensure food safety and hygiene, the company has also strengthened the supervision of the procurement and processing of ingredients, allowing students to eat with peace of mind and satisfaction.
In the morning, when the students walked into the company, Huo Yaoqiang, the deputy director of the office, had been waiting for a long time. He first emphasized the safety precautions to the students, and through vivid examples and detailed explanations, allowing students to deeply understand the importance of safety production. Subsequently, Director Huo showed the students the company's History, technological advantages, and knowledge related to reducer products. Through PPT demonstrations and video playback, the company's glorious achievements and innovative capabilities were vividly presented to the students.
Under the guidance of Director Huo, the students gained a preliminary understanding of the company's overall situation. Then, employees from the technical department led the students to visit the workshop for on-site study. In the workshop, machines roared, sparks flew, and workers were busy and orderly operating various equipment. Employees from the technical department patiently introduced to the students the product process flow, lathe operation skills, and quality control key points.
It is hoped that this on-site visit and study will allow students to have a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the knowledge they have learned, and also point out the direction for their future career development. Xinkai will continue to uphold the concept of "people-oriented, innovative development" and pave the way for more aspiring students to achieve their dreams.
