Special Equipment Accident Emergency Drill

1. Emergency Alarm and Warning:
The first person to discover the accident should immediately call 120 emergency services, clearly stating the specific location of the accident, the number of injured people, and the extent of injuries (such as bleeding location, fracture severity), etc., simultaneously notifying the rescue team leader, and arranging personnel at the factory entrance to guide rescue vehicles to enter quickly;
Safety management personnel should delineate the isolation area, set up warning lines, and ensure that the rescue passage is unobstructed.
2. Emergency Linkage Handling:
The emergency leadership team needs to 5 complete the accident risk assessment within minutes, simultaneously mobilizing stretchers, first-aid kits, tourniquets, and other rescue materials. The rescue team will provide targeted treatment according to the injuries.
First-aid skills: When performing initial hemostasis, the rescue team should use pressure bandaging (for venous bleeding) and tourniquets (for arterial bleeding, loosening every 30 minutes 2-3 minutes) and other scientific methods; fracture fixation should use splints or rigid materials (avoiding direct contact with the wound), and the fixation range should extend beyond the joints above and below the fracture site.
Psychological intervention: In addition to comforting the injured, rescuers should avoid excessive movement of the injured person to reduce pain and fear; at the same time, record changes in the injured person's condition to provide a basis for subsequent medical treatment.
3. Post-incident Handling:
Protect the integrity of the accident scene and secure relevant evidence by taking photos and recording videos.
Paint Leakage Emergency Drill
If a leakage occurs during paint transportation, on-site personnel should handle it strictly according to the procedure:
1. Report and Evacuation:
After discovering a paint leak, the transportation personnel should check the specific leakage situation and report it to the safety department;
The security and guard team should immediately seal off the dangerous area and organize personnel evacuation.
2. On-site Handling:
The fire rescue team should wear protective equipment, use special tools to seal the leak source, complete paint recovery, and after completion, rinse the contaminated area three or more times.
