General Manager Liu Changsheng raised clear work requirements for relevant departments regarding specific problems found in the internal audit work, emphasizing that various departments should form a closed loop for solving problems in their subsequent work, learn from past mistakes, and effectively improve their work capabilities; and reiterated the company's "five requirements" for the appointment of management cadres. Finally, the meeting focused on requiring various departments to do the following work in the near future: 1. Conduct self-checks for safety hazards; each department should thoroughly check for safety hazards in its department and eliminate hazards from the source; 2. Strengthen employee care; the factory office should provide sufficient necessary anti-heatstroke supplies, and various departments should promptly solve the difficulties encountered by employees in their work; 3. Strengthen employee management; management cadres should communicate frankly and patiently guide department employees, and conduct relevant training; 4. Standardize post management; no post vacancies should occur in the subsequent work of various departments. Through the AB role management mechanism, the responsibility and organizational ability of department leaders should be reflected; 5. Improve communication efficiency; communication is an essential part of management. Various departments should continue to strengthen learning and improve communication skills and art in their work.
