On July 24, the company held a mid-year business analysis meeting. Chairman Liang Xinwen, General Manager Liu Changsheng, Executive Director Lv Yazheng, all company committee members, and accounting team members attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the accounting team gave a detailed report on the company's performance in the first half of the year and the progress of each department's annual work goals.

General Manager Liu affirmed the achievements of each department in the first half of the year. However, he emphasized that in the face of the current situation, all company personnel, especially management cadres, must establish a sense of crisis of "retreat if not advancing" and a proactive work ethic. He urged each department to adhere to the company's established goals, break through passive work situations with a business mindset, and promote subsequent work; to use the "PDCA" work method to improve quality and efficiency when facing problems; to pay attention to the implementation of regulations and relevant work requirements during the process, starting from the details of each task; and to use a "look back" approach to make up for shortcomings in subsequent work. To facilitate future work, he made specific requests and suggestions to each department:

1. Care for employees and believe in the power of "belief";

2. The power of example is infinite;

3. Reform and innovation are ongoing.

 

Chairman Liang Xinwen clarified the key work direction for the second half of the year as "one reduction and three improvements":

1. Reduce unnecessary internal consumption. Starting from specific operational aspects such as design technology, sales, manufacturing, and procurement, clarify the work goals for each link and strictly control them to improve the company's operating capabilities;

2. Improve product quality. Each department's work should focus on the company's established "high-end brand" strategic goal, comprehensively improving the management capabilities of various quality control aspects, both internal and external;

3. Increase market share. Regarding new product acceptance and product iteration upgrades, the entire company must work together and make every effort;

4. Improve work efficiency. All tasks should be completed daily, eliminating delays, ensuring efficient operation of each link, forming a virtuous cycle, and ultimately achieving steady growth in the company's overall performance.

Finally, in view of the recent high temperatures and flood season, the meeting required each department to prepare for heatstroke prevention and flood control in advance to ensure the physical and mental health of employees.
