The Deputy Minister of Sales and class instructor of the training program conducted a comprehensive summary, taking into account the effectiveness of the November market training, individual trainees’ diaries, and monthly summary reports. He emphasized that all mentor-mentee pairs must strictly adhere to the “Regulations for the Second Phase (Market) Training for Marketing Engineers,” diligently advancing both teaching and learning activities. At the meeting, scoring evaluation forms were distributed, and an assessment will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the mentor-mentee pairing phase.
The Head of the Sales Department fully recognized and praised the hard work and phased achievements of all marketing personnel, and put forward four requirements:

In his concluding remarks, the company’s Deputy General Manager not only affirmed the phased achievements already made by the mentor-mentee pairs but also clearly outlined the directions for future efforts. He then issued three calls to action to all marketing personnel:
First, persist in proactive learning and comprehensively explore knowledge across multiple fields such as marketing, products, and the market to build a solid professional foundation.
2. Be adept at effective communication, continuously push beyond your limits in both internal and external company interactions, and enhance the effectiveness of your communication.
