At the meeting, General Manager Liu Changsheng delivered a keynote speech, providing an in-depth interpretation of the core positioning of “focusing on efficiency enhancement and collaborative empowerment,” and unveiled the “Five-One Initiative” action plan:

1. Recognizing a critical stage for business survival: a pivotal phase in an enterprise’s existence;

2. Promote a spirit: the entrepreneurial spirit of taking responsibility and stepping up.

3. Enhance a core competency: the ability to survive and thrive;

4. Enhance one quality: elevate the appearance quality to a higher standard;

5. Cultivate a sense of honor and shame: When the factory prospers, I feel honored; when the factory declines, I feel ashamed.

Establish a dedicated task force, refine the mechanisms for regular reviews and planning, ensure the efficient achievement of project-specific goals, provide clear guidance and fundamental principles for all work activities in 2026, and promote the deep integration and mutual advancement of team building and business development.

Chairman Liang Xinwen put forward two key requirements for the work in 2026:

First, elevate our perspective to build consensus and remain true to our mission while bravely taking on our responsibilities. All employees must align their thinking and understanding, ensuring that their individual actions resonate in harmony with the company’s strategy, and fulfilling our corporate mission with a strong sense of responsibility.

Second, we must pool our strengths through collaborative efforts and achieve outstanding results by rising to the challenge against all odds. We should forge a dynamic team characterized by “obedience to the bigger picture, proactive coordination, and united collaboration,” consistently delivering to our clients with the “shortest possible turnaround time and the highest quality.” We will spare no effort to ensure that our service initiatives are advanced efficiently and implemented with high quality.

The meeting announced a new batch of appointments for leading cadres. The newly appointed officials all expressed their commitment to firmly comply with the company’s strategic plans, to be grateful for the organization’s trust and support, and to consciously integrate their personal development into the broader context of the company’s growth. They pledged to fulfill their duties with a pragmatic approach and concrete actions.
