At the conclusion of the meeting, Liu Changsheng, General Manager of the company, delivered a summarizing speech. Guided by the theme of “bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, with an eye toward the coming year,” he clearly defined 2026 as the company’s “Year of Team Building.” He further detailed the “Five-One Project” into specific tasks for each project team, committing fully to achieving the annual development goal of “focusing on efficiency improvement and fostering collaborative empowerment.”
To build consensus and align actions, General Liu put forward three requirements to all participants:
1. We must fully launch the new fiscal year’s operational work with a fresh attitude, a brand-new starting point, and clear objectives.
Second, we must continuously bolster our confidence, hone our skills, and unite our strength to ensure that all tasks are meticulously implemented and yield tangible results.
Third, we must establish a service philosophy—from top to bottom—that “everything is for the customer, everything is dedicated to the customer, and everything is for all customers.” We should proactively seize opportunities to expand into new markets, strive vigorously to increase our market share, and aim to achieve new breakthroughs in performance.
The holding of this sales meeting has set the direction and united the efforts for the company’s marketing work in the coming year. All marketing personnel will take this meeting as an opportunity to rally their spirits, pool their strengths, and strive boldly to jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development for Xinkai!
