The intelligent sensing platform system for high-power mechanical transmissions has now entered the market. A series of products—including SYT10, SYT16, SYT22, SYT37, and SYT40—meet the demands of high rotational speeds (up to tens of thousands of revolutions per minute) and high torque (with load torques reaching tens of thousands of Newton-meters). These products boast megawatt-level mechanical loading test capabilities and feature on-site intelligent sensing and monitoring functions across more than 20 technical indicators. Through precise design and the application of advanced new materials, these products ensure stable operation even under extreme environmental conditions. Moreover, they can simulate various fault states and complex operating conditions, providing crucial support for the industry’s technological upgrade. The company’s differentiated design achievements are remarkable: its custom-developed CKSBJ350Z/CKSBJ350Y edge-cutting shears have successfully solved a technical challenge that had plagued foreign customers for 50 years. Meanwhile, its modular products continue to evolve and improve; products such as the P-series planetary reducers and dual-power power-split transmission systems are well-suited for diverse application scenarios, with individual units capable of processing up to 60 tons. Internally, the company is implementing a “one reduction and three enhancements” strategy: reducing unnecessary consumption across design, production, and procurement processes, and comprehensively improving product quality, market share, and operational efficiency. As a result, the company received an honorary certificate jointly awarded by multiple departments, including the Jinzhong City Federation of Trade Unions and the Jinzhong City Committee of the Communist Youth League, and has generously supported numerous local cultural development projects. Actively exploring new pathways for the development of industrial informatization, in August, Chairman Liang Xinwen and General Manager Liu Changsheng led a team to Shanxi Coal Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for a visit and exchange, where they learned about advanced information technology applications and on-site management practices. Through upgrading information-based management and optimizing organizational structures, the company is continuously enhancing its operational efficiency and providing a solid foundation for high-quality development.

09. Prioritize both safety production and environmental protection upgrades to solidify the foundation for sustainable development:
In July, we conducted a special emergency drill focusing on accidents involving special equipment and paint leaks, in compliance with the requirements of the 24th National “Safety Production Month,” thereby enhancing employees’ emergency response capabilities. We invested 200,000 yuan to complete the project for separating stormwater and sewage within the plant area, actively promoting upgrades in environmental performance and putting the concept of green development into practice. By improving the safety management system and strengthening environmental protection investments, we are achieving synergistic progress in production safety and ecological conservation, thus solidifying the foundation for the company’s sustainable development.

On the eve of the 115th International Working Women's Day, March 8, the Xinkai Women’s Science and Technology Innovation Studio of the company was awarded the title of “Jinzhong City Model Women’s Post” for its outstanding achievements in technological research and development and innovative practice. The studio brings together the wisdom and strength of women, continuously making significant contributions in areas such as high-end reducer technology innovation and product optimization, and has become a key member of the company’s technical team.
