Looking back on this past year, Xinkai has focused on its core business, pooled its strengths to tackle tough challenges, and achieved remarkable results across multiple fronts—including technological innovation, market development, and the integration of industry, academia, and research.

01. Technological innovation achieves breakthroughs in multiple areas, and its robust patent portfolio leads the industry’s development.               

The company has deeply cultivated the high-end gear transmission sector, using technological innovation to overcome development challenges. In 2025, it will launch over 60 new technology products, several of which have reached industry-leading levels. The intelligent sensing platform system for high-power mechanical transmissions has now entered the market. A series of products—including SYT10, SYT16, SYT22, SYT37, and SYT40—meet the demands of high rotational speeds (up to tens of thousands of revolutions per minute) and high torque (with load torques reaching tens of thousands of Newton-meters). These products boast megawatt-level mechanical loading test capabilities and feature on-site intelligent sensing and monitoring functions across more than 20 technical indicators. Through precise design and the application of advanced new materials, these products ensure stable operation even under extreme environmental conditions. Moreover, they can simulate various fault states and complex operating conditions, providing crucial support for the industry’s technological upgrade. The company’s differentiated design achievements are remarkable: its custom-developed CKSBJ350Z/CKSBJ350Y edge-cutting shears have successfully solved a technical challenge that had plagued foreign customers for 50 years. Meanwhile, its modular products continue to evolve and improve; products such as the P-series planetary reducers and dual-power power-split transmission systems are well-suited for diverse application scenarios, with individual units capable of processing up to 60 tons. Several of these products have already been delivered to customers both domestically and internationally.

02. Implement targeted measures to address downward pressure and pursue steady operations to solidify the foundation for development:

Faced with a complex economic environment, the company has demonstrated strategic resilience in tackling development challenges and has introduced a series of pragmatic measures to stabilize its overall growth. Clearly positioning itself as “the leading Chinese brand in high-end gear reducers,” the company has adopted a multi-dimensional, multi-channel marketing approach. General Manager Liu Changsheng has led his team to immerse themselves deeply in the frontline market, exploring new models of new-media marketing and sending staff members abroad for training in new-media operations, thereby strengthening collaboration and enhancing customer loyalty with high-quality partners. Internally, the company is implementing a “one reduction and three enhancements” strategy: reducing unnecessary consumption across design, production, and procurement processes, and comprehensively improving product quality, market share, and operational efficiency. All tasks are required to be completed and settled daily, fostering a virtuous cycle of efficient operation. To enhance management effectiveness, the company has clarified requirements such as “three priorities,” “two guiding principles,” and “three awarenesses” through regular sales meetings and business analysis sessions, encouraging senior leaders to shift their working mindset and methods, focusing on results to address shortcomings, and making every effort to achieve product upgrades and transformations, thus continuously bolstering the company’s competitiveness in subsequent markets.

The company adheres to open innovation and maintains deep collaborations with numerous national-level laboratories across China, as well as with renowned institutions such as Chongqing University, Dalian University of Technology, and Taiyuan University of Technology, accelerating the commercialization of scientific research findings. The integrated “industry-academia-research” achievements have been featured in special reports by the Shanxi Daily and the Jinzhong Daily. Throughout the year, the company hosted students and faculty from six universities—including Taiyuan University of Technology and Shanxi Agricultural University—for study and internship programs, thereby establishing a practical education platform and cultivating a reserve of professional talent for the industry. The company’s technology center team focuses on customer needs, conducts in-depth market research, and promotes the seamless integration of technology and production. Guided by Party building, the company has solidified its ideological foundation for development. In February, it held the 2024 organizational life meeting and democratic evaluation of Party members, fostering consensus on development. In June, it jointly conducted Party-building exchanges with Taiyuan Siliang Heavy Industry. In July, it invited leaders from the Pingyao Development Zone to deliver a special Party class on “Continuously Deepening Style of Work,” thereby deepening the study of the spirit behind the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulations. In September, the company organized all employees to watch the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, drawing inspiration from the spirit of striving for excellence and working collaboratively, and transforming patriotic feelings into motivation for work. The company actively engages in public welfare initiatives, participating in the “Warm Hearts for Children—Supporting Education and Assisting Persons with Disabilities” charitable donation campaign organized by Jinzhong City to boost rural revitalization. As a result, the company received an honorary certificate jointly awarded by multiple departments, including the Jinzhong City Federation of Trade Unions and the Jinzhong City Committee of the Communist Youth League, and has generously supported numerous local cultural development projects. General Manager Liu Changsheng was invited to attend the May Fourth Commendation Ceremony and the 18th Birthday Coming-of-Age Ceremony at Pingyao Middle School, where he conveyed the sense of corporate responsibility and commitment, helping young people grow and achieve their full potential. Grounded in regional development, the company leverages technological innovation to inject momentum into local economic growth. It has also welcomed on-site visits from deputies of provincial, municipal, and county-level People’s Congresses and members of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, showcasing a positive image of collaborative development between the enterprise and society.

06. Brand building earns another prestigious honor, and market recognition continues to rise:

On January 6, the company attended the 2025 Membership Conference of “Shanxi Boutique.” As a company previously recognized as a “Shanxi Boutique” enterprise, we continue to upgrade our quality management system and enhance our brand image with high-quality products. On April 25, we were honored as an “Advanced Unit for Information Statistics in the Electronics Industry” by Shanxi Province, and Chairman Liang Xinwen was awarded the title of one of the first “Outstanding Chief Data Officers of Enterprises,” highlighting his exceptional leadership in digital transformation. On August 20, we successfully completed the certification renewal for our quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, further strengthening our brand’s credibility and industry influence.

07. Cultivate talent and show humanistic care in parallel to strengthen team cohesion:

The company adheres to the core values of “respect, inclusiveness, integrity, and rigor,” and places great importance on talent development and employee well-being. Each month, Chairman Liang Xinwen personally hosts birthday gatherings for employees and organizes retirement ceremonies for departing staff members, fostering unity and camaraderie with heartfelt sentiments such as “Dedicate our youth to the enterprise; continuous growth never ceases.” The company also organizes lectures on CNC tool knowledge, training sessions on occupational disease prevention and health protection, and comprehensive medical checkups. Additionally, it holds cultural and sports activities like the “Endless Fun with Chess and Cards” tournament and a festive sports meet celebrating National Day, thus putting into practice the philosophy of “caring for employees and safeguarding their health.” Fourteen employees participated in the 11th “Five Small” Innovation Competition, and five projects received awards at the municipal and county levels. On March 5, the “Taiyuan R&D and Promotion Center” was officially established and began operations, providing a crucial platform for expanding international trade and advancing technological research and development, thereby helping the Xinkai brand go global. Actively exploring new pathways for the development of industrial informatization, in August, Chairman Liang Xinwen and General Manager Liu Changsheng led a team to Shanxi Coal Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for a visit and exchange, where they learned about advanced information technology applications and on-site management practices. Through upgrading information-based management and optimizing organizational structures, the company is continuously enhancing its operational efficiency and providing a solid foundation for high-quality development.

09. Prioritize both safety production and environmental protection upgrades to solidify the foundation for sustainable development:

In July, we conducted a special emergency drill focusing on accidents involving special equipment and paint leaks, in compliance with the requirements of the 24th National “Safety Production Month,” thereby enhancing employees’ emergency response capabilities. We invested 200,000 yuan to complete the project for separating stormwater and sewage within the plant area, actively promoting upgrades in environmental performance and putting the concept of green development into practice. By improving the safety management system and strengthening environmental protection investments, we are achieving synergistic progress in production safety and ecological conservation, thus solidifying the foundation for the company’s sustainable development.

10. The strength of women shines brightly, adding another highlight to team building:

On the eve of the 115th International Working Women's Day, March 8, the Xinkai Women’s Science and Technology Innovation Studio of the company was awarded the title of “Jinzhong City Model Women’s Post” for its outstanding achievements in technological research and development and innovative practice. The studio brings together the wisdom and strength of women, continuously making significant contributions in areas such as high-end reducer technology innovation and product optimization, and has become a key member of the company’s technical team. This honor not only recognizes the studio’s remarkable accomplishments but also reflects the company’s commitment to valuing female talent and fostering a vibrant, diverse, and innovative team environment.
