On February 2, the 2025 annual summary and planning meeting of the company’s Technology Research and Development Center was successfully held. The meeting was chaired by the director of the Technology Research and Development Center, and attended by Chairman Liang Xinwen and General Manager Liu Changsheng, who both came to the venue to provide guidance. All members of the Technology Research and Development Center participated in the meeting.

At the outset of the meeting, the head of the Second Department of the Technology Research and Development Center took the lead in delivering the 2025 annual work summary report. The report comprehensively reviewed the center’s key achievements throughout the year, focusing on four major dimensions: “serving market demands, pursuing steady progress through innovation, strengthening quality control, and solidifying daily operations and maintenance.” At the same time, the report candidly addressed existing shortcomings and areas for improvement, clearly identifying targeted directions for future optimization and enhancement.

Subsequently, the head of Department One of the Technology Research and Development Center delivered the work plan report for 2026. The report clearly defined the core work objectives for the coming year, setting a benchmark and providing clear direction for the Technology Research and Development Center’s work in the next year.

At the meeting, the director of the Technology Research and Development Center focused on the core issue of quality control, directly addressing the quality problems that emerged in 2025’s work and issuing a clear requirement: “Everyone must feel embarrassed once for failing to ensure quality.” He emphasized that quality is the very foundation for an enterprise’s survival and development, especially at this stage when it comes to quality control of the company’s flagship product—the loading test bench. All technical personnel must embed quality awareness throughout the entire process—from design and R&D to production—and strictly adhere to the bottom line of quality.

General Manager Liu Changsheng fully affirmed the R&D Center’s achievements in 2025 and conveyed to all technical staff the core spirit of the “Five Meanings”:

1. We must cultivate the mindset of sharing both joys and hardships and growing together with the company.

Second, we must possess a spirit of tackling tough challenges and persevering through difficulties.

3. One must possess the proactive ability to pursue continuous learning and innovation without limits.

4. We must demonstrate a proactive and eager work ethic, striving for excellence in everything we do.

5. We must adopt a work attitude of striving for excellence and never stopping our pursuit.

In his speech, Chairman Liang Xinwen expressed three earnest expectations for the Technology Research and Development Center:

First, it must be clearly understood that the core mission of the Technology R&D Center is to create value for the company. While routine tasks such as drafting and design form the foundation, we must also rigorously control costs and enhance product competitiveness in the development of new products. In optimizing existing products, we should proactively embrace reform and innovation to achieve cost savings, always keeping in mind the critical metric of material proportion and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and growth.

II. All technical personnel are required to hone first-class personal qualities in their respective industries, comprehensively enhancing themselves in areas such as moral cultivation, professional competence, sense of responsibility, and stress tolerance, thereby underpinning technological innovation with solid capabilities.

Third, we advocate a work style that is efficient and pragmatic, encouraging technical personnel to proactively go down to the shop floor to provide on-site services, promote the practical implementation of new product designs, conduct specialized training for process engineers alongside effectiveness verification, and continuously strengthen inspections of process discipline to ensure that technological achievements are genuinely translated into enhanced production efficiency.

The convening of this meeting not only provides a comprehensive review of our work in 2025 but also lays out a precise roadmap for our development in 2026. In the new year, all members of the Technology Research and Development Center will closely align with the company’s strategic objectives, keep firmly in mind the three expectations set forth by Chairman Liang Xinwen, take General Manager Liu Changsheng’s “five guiding principles” as our action guidelines, and uphold the principle of “quality first” advocated by the Director of the Technology Research and Development Center. Together, we will unite our hearts and minds, forge ahead with determination and perseverance.
