Recently, the company’s Quality Inspection Department invited relevant company leaders to go deep into the production frontline to provide on-site guidance on the current quality control efforts for the appearance of welded components and to set forth clear requirements regarding quality standards. Through on-site inspections, the appearance quality of the welded components has significantly improved compared to earlier levels. Since the establishment of dedicated inspection positions in the welding workshop, the Quality Inspection Department has organized and held four specialized on-site meetings focusing on welding quality, and has also formulated the "Specific Requirements for the Appearance Quality of Welded Components in the Welding Workshop." Under the guidance of these standards and through rigorous inspections, welders’ quality awareness has significantly improved, their sense of responsibility has markedly increased, and the overall standardization of operations has continued to improve.
