On March 4, the company’s Sales Department organized a special meeting for the Marketing Engineer Training Program, aiming to comprehensively enhance the professional competence and practical skills of the marketing team, help new members grow rapidly, and solidify the foundation for the company’s marketing business development.
The meeting featured a realistic simulation of customer visits, covering diverse scenarios such as face-to-face appointments, cold calls, and business communications. The participants—including both trainees and marketing managers—fully immersed themselves in the practice sessions. They focused intently on core topics including reducer product knowledge, industry development trends, market conditions, and marketing techniques, demonstrating their solid professional skills and excellent communication and adaptability. Company leaders and expert judges closely observed the entire process, paying meticulous attention to every aspect of the participants’ performance. They provided detailed feedback and scored each participant individually, pinpointing specific areas for improvement.
Subsequently, the participants of the first and second sessions of the marketing training program successively submitted written summaries and reports on their February marketing internships and related work. Guided by the class motto—“Cultivate virtue and refine oneself; harbor lofty aspirations; acquire extensive knowledge and remain steadfast in one’s resolve; ask penetrating questions and think deeply about practical matters”—the training instructor put forth five clear requirements for all participants: strengthen discipline, enhance learning ability, highlight innovation, bolster the drive for expansion, and demonstrate a spirit of challenge.
Finally, Liu Changsheng, the company’s general manager, delivered a concluding speech and put forward three important requirements:
First, attracting and cultivating “fresh blood” for marketing is one of the company’s core tasks for both its current and long-term development. We must fully promote practical training models such as on-site simulation assessments to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our training programs.
II. The Sales Department and all company employees—management and staff—must attach great importance to the entire process of “selecting, developing, deploying, and retaining” new hires, ensuring that care and development are integrated into every detail of daily work.
3. Led by the Sales Department, we will comprehensively standardize the promotion, reporting, and communication efforts related to overseas business activities, ensuring that all overseas affairs are advanced in a standardized and normalized manner, thereby highlighting the company’s high-level, high-quality professional image.
General Manager Liu Changsheng emphasized that all marketing personnel should take the company’s 2026 “Five-One Project” general framework as their guiding principle, work together with one heart and one mind, pool our strengths and efforts, and enthusiastically and joyfully carry out our work, jointly ushering in a new chapter of the company’s annual development!
