After carefully listening to everyone’s exchanges, Chairman Liang expressed high praise for the decades of tireless dedication shown by the two retired senior colleagues, commending their professional character—modesty in recognizing their contributions, absence of envy toward others, and confident composure. At the same time, Chairman Liang put forward four requirements and earnest expectations for all staff:

3. Embrace Challenges and Seize Opportunities to Carry Forward Our Legacy: The company is currently at a critical juncture in its growth trajectory. All employees must be willing to endure hardship, rise to challenges, cherish the opportunities presented by their roles, and ensure the effective transmission of both technical expertise and our organizational ethos—thus paving the way for a bright future.
