At the outset of the competition, all employees lined up in formation and sang the National Anthem of the People’s Republic of China in unison. The rousing melody filled the venue, setting a solemn yet enthusiastic tone for this speech contest.

This competition was judged on-site by seven panelists, who adhered to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, providing real-time scores based on contestants’ speech content, language delivery, demeanor, and emotional engagement. After a fiercely competitive process, the event awarded two first-prize winners, two second-prize winners, two third-prize winners, and 14 excellence awards. Company leaders presented prize money and certificates of honor to the winning employees, recognizing their outstanding performances and encouraging all staff to take these role models as inspiration and integrate the principles of cost reduction and efficiency improvement into their daily work.

At the conclusion of the speech competition, Liu Changsheng, the company’s general manager, delivered a significant address, drawing on the enterprise’s current development landscape and future strategic plans.
