Information Summary:

To thoroughly implement the study and education campaign on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, and to carry forward the Dazhai spirit of self-reliance, hard work, a broad-minded commitment to the overall interests, and pragmatic dedication to serving the people, on June 27, the company’s Party branch organized all Party members and mid-level and senior cadres to visit the Dazhai Red Education Base in Xiyang, where they conducted a themed Party Day activity titled “Putting the Correct View of Political Achievements into Practice, Striving with Practical Action to Make New Contributions.” Throughout the event, all participants maintained strict discipline and remained in high spirits, yielding significant educational results.

In the early morning, all participants gathered at the designated meeting point in Pingyao and boarded the bus for departure. Throughout the journey, rousing red‑song melodies filled the carriage, creating an atmosphere of fervent enthusiasm. Everyone sang patriotic songs together while engaging in pre‑class study, gaining insight into Dazhai’s inspiring journey of development and struggle.

Upon arriving at the Dazhai Red Education Base, guided by professional docents, participants first ascended Houtoushan Forest Park and proceeded to visit key sites, including the terraced fields, the Zhou Enlai Memorial Pavilion, and the Guo Moruo Poetic Soul Stele. Gazing out over the sprawling terraces, they gained a firsthand sense of the remarkable achievements of the people of Dazhai—decades of relentless effort to reclaim and cultivate mountainous land, crop after crop. This experience deepened their understanding of the noble ethos of public service encapsulated in the principle “Success need not be attributed to me, but success must surely include my contribution,” while encouraging all Party members to consciously reject the misguided mindset of seeking quick results and prioritizing visible accomplishments over solid, practical work.

After touring Hutoushan Mountain, all participants gathered at the Dazhai Exhibition Hall square, lined up in formation before the crimson Party flag, wearing their Party badges, and collectively reaffirmed their oath of admission to the Party. The resolute and powerful vows echoed across the square, further strengthening every Party member’s original aspiration and mission to serve the people with practical dedication and fulfill their duties conscientiously.

Subsequently, everyone entered the Dazhai Exhibition Hall to systematically revisit the years when the people of Dazhai “fought against nature and transformed the land,” deeply studying the original aspirations and unwavering commitment of earlier generations of grassroots cadres—adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts, staying rooted among the masses, and remaining unburdened by fame or personal gain. They also compared their work practices with the shortcomings of formalism and superficiality, thereby gaining a profound understanding of the core principle that “achievements are made through hard work, not by empty rhetoric or contrived displays.”

In the afternoon, the group headed to Hongqi Yitiao Street, immersing themselves in a vivid re‑creation of the red era when grassroots Party members toiled tirelessly and shouldered their responsibilities, thereby strengthening their ideological foundation for earnestly fulfilling their duties amid the profound legacy of revolutionary history.

Finally, all participants visited Dazhai Village, touring Chen Yonggui’s former residence and the site of the People’s Commune. They paused beneath the “Suffering Tree” and the “Joyful Tree,” listening to stories of rural transformation and gaining a firsthand sense of Dazhai’s development journey—how it achieved a remarkable rural metamorphosis through hard work and practical action. Under the ancient trees, an on-site ceremony was held to honor outstanding Communist Party members for 2025. The branch secretary read out the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Communist Party Members for 2025,” and Branch Secretary Liang Xinwen presented certificates of honor to 12 exemplary party members.

This themed Party Day event leveraged the authentic, on‑site resources of Dazhai, seamlessly integrating field‑based learning, a Party‑spirit oath‑taking ceremony, and recognition of exemplary individuals, thereby providing all Party members and cadres with a profound exercise in ideological refinement and a baptism of Party spirit. On the return journey, enthusiasm remained high, with participants enthusiastically sharing their takeaways from the study session. Secretary Liang Xinwen spontaneously performed a rendition of excerpts from “The Three Essays on Serving the People,” bringing the event to a thrilling climax, and encouraged everyone to ground themselves in their respective duties, delve deeply into the essence of the Dazhai spirit, and work tirelessly for the development of Xinkai and the well‑being of its employees. All attendees unanimously pledged to internalize the pragmatic spirit of self‑reliance, hard struggle, and sustained effort that defines Dazhai, translating it into concrete actions; to firmly establish and practice a correct view of political achievements; and to devote themselves wholeheartedly to their posts, pursuing excellence in every task and shouldering responsibilities with dedication, so as to drive continuous improvement and greater efficiency across all areas of work through tangible results.
