Information Summary:
The report presented at the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Pingyao County is grounded in local realities and lays out a long-term strategic vision, charting a course for high-quality economic and social development across the county and rallying collective momentum. The report emphasizes strengthening Party building at its roots to transform the Party’s organizational strengths into effective governance and developmental advantages. Drawing on their own work experiences, delegates shared their insights, underscored their sense of responsibility, and discussed plans for further progress, harnessing the power of Party leadership to build synergy.
After carefully listening to the conference report, Party delegate and Chairman of the company, Liang Xinwen, expressed deep resonance, saying in an interview: “The report is both scientific and practical, and truly inspiring. It calls for transforming and empowering the industrial sector—‘transforming without changing industries’—a principle we deeply appreciate. Our Pingyao Reducer Factory has enjoyed 68 years of sustained development, thanks first to the Party branch’s role as a strong fortress, and second to the tireless R&D efforts of all our employees. Each year, we develop more than a dozen new products related to reducers, and we currently offer over 500 models that are deployed in key national projects and leading laboratories. Looking ahead, we are fully confident: we will contribute our share and make lasting achievements as we write a new chapter for Pingyao.”
