Information Summary:

On August 5, Chairman Liang Xinwen convened the monthly employee birthday gathering, engaging in heartfelt, face-to-face conversations with employees whose birthdays fall in the seventh lunar month.

The symposium was warm and harmonious, with participants taking turns to share their reflections and heartfelt thoughts, drawing on years of dedicated service. They expressed gratitude to the company for its unwavering care for employees, its thoughtful benefits, and its attentive support for their well-being—qualities that have enabled every staff member to find warmth and growth in their roles. Several senior employees nearing retirement fondly recalled nearly four decades of hard work at the company, emphasizing how deeply they value the platform it has provided for their professional development and the spirit of unity and camaraderie within the team. They sincerely cherish the warmth and bonds of the Xinkai family. Even as they approach retirement, they remain committed to maintaining a rigorous, pragmatic work ethic: giving their all in every minute on the job and fulfilling their responsibilities to the fullest. They also pledge to continue mentoring younger colleagues, ensuring the steady transfer of technical expertise and practical experience, and passing on the company’s fine work style and invaluable on-the-job insights to the next generation—thus reliably carrying forward and safeguarding the torch of corporate progress.

At the meeting, Chairman Liang Xinwen delivered a concluding address: The company’s WeChat group has made it a regular practice to extend heartfelt birthday wishes to employees. Though seemingly small, these thoughtful gestures vividly reflect Xinkai’s strong sense of team spirit and cohesion. Mutual support and united progress have been cherished traditions at Xinkai for many years—whether in the early days when colleagues helped one another through weddings, funerals, spring plowing, and autumn harvests, or today, as the company fosters a collaborative atmosphere of shared purpose and collective advancement. The spirit of the “Xinkai family” remains unchanged, passed down from generation to generation. Veteran employees are an invaluable asset to the enterprise; the “mentor‑apprentice” model should not only transmit skills, experience, and management expertise, but also embody and pass on the company’s culture, ethos, and sense of responsibility, ensuring that the corporate spirit of diligence, pursuit of excellence, and innovative drive endures and thrives across the ages.

With regard to the growth of all employees and the company’s long-term development, Chairman Liang has put forward two key requirements:

First, we must devote ourselves to mastering our craft, staying rooted in our roles to work meticulously and diligently, constantly honing our skills through hard study and practice, and steadily building up our expertise.

Second, we will boldly pursue reform and innovation, break free from conventional thinking, and proactively explore ways to optimize our working methods and enhance operational efficiency.

Finally, Chairman Liang addressed all employees, noting that the company has entered its second 65-year phase—where the road ahead is long and arduous, yet the future holds bright prospects. He urged everyone to stay true to their original aspirations, remain grounded in practical work, study diligently and think critically, and unite in striving forward. Together, they should strengthen and build upon the Xin Kai development platform, ensuring the company’s steady and sustainable growth, so that every employee can share in the fruits of the company’s success and enjoy a better life.
