On September 14, faculty and students from Shanxi Institute of Energy visited our company to participate in an internship program.
The company places great emphasis on internship reception. The administrative department has proactively coordinated and planned ahead, meticulously ensuring logistical support, carefully organizing dormitory accommodations to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment, and optimizing cafeteria services to provide students and faculty with delicious meals, thereby creating a comprehensive, high‑quality setting for both study and rest.
During the internship, the administrative department organized safety training sessions for faculty and students and presented the company’s history, helping participants develop a strong awareness of workplace safety and gain insight into the company’s evolution. Meanwhile, the technical department held educational lectures and guided faculty and students into the production workshops, providing on-site explanations of reducer‑related products. Through hands-on observation of the production line and real-time Q&A sessions, they seamlessly integrated theoretical knowledge with practical industrial operations.
Over the years, the company has consistently fulfilled its role as a provincial–university collaborative internship base, hosting students from numerous institutions each year. Moving forward, the company will further strengthen its internship and training programs, serve as a nurturing hub for talent, and continue to deepen industry–university–enterprise collaborative education, thereby cultivating more application-oriented technical professionals for the sector.
