Safety responsibilities must be firmly assigned at every level, extended to every employee, and tailored to each position, thereby establishing an unshakable safety baseline and resolutely preventing the occurrence of any safety incidents.

It introduces the key points of daily safety management and control for enterprises. “ People, Machines, Environment, Management ” A comprehensive control model. The core of safety management must focus on the four major sources of risk: unsafe human behaviors, unsafe conditions of objects, unsafe environmental factors, and managerial vulnerabilities. By improving regulations and procedures, refining daily supervision and management, and standardizing operational workflows, it ensures that personnel, equipment, the work environment, and operational practices remain consistently controllable, under control, and within established parameters. A favorable working environment can effectively guide and standardize operator behavior, reduce the likelihood of violations, and serve as a critical foundation for accident prevention.

Meanwhile, the system outlined the company’s progress in building its emergency management framework. Regular training on emergency response procedures, awareness-raising initiatives, and hands-on drills are conducted to continuously strengthen employees’ self‑rescue and mutual‑assistance capabilities. The company is steadily refining its safety management structure, optimizing existing management mechanisms, and improving end-to-end accident‑management processes. It has also detailed procedures for accident prevention, emergency response, post‑incident rescue, and comprehensive follow‑up management, while further enhancing the professionalization of its emergency response teams and promoting the regular learning and practical application of emergency preparedness knowledge.
