With the vigorous development of China's new energy vehicle industry and the independent rise of aerospace technology, the internal gear rotation speed of new energy vehicles and aircraft engines is increasingly climbing, with some operating conditions having already exceeded tens of thousands to even hundreds of thousands of revolutions.
Recently, the "Ultra High-Speed Mechanical Power Closed Test Bench" developed by the company has successfully completed debugging, with a peak gear line speed reaching 162m/s and a rotation speed of up to 50,000 revolutions per minute. With the vigorous development of China's new energy vehicle industry and the independent rise of aerospace technology, the internal gear rotation speed of new energy vehicles and aircraft engines is increasingly climbing, with some operating conditions having already exceeded tens of thousands to even hundreds of thousands of revolutions. Therefore, the research on the fatigue life, dynamic characteristics, and lubrication characteristics of high-speed gears has become an urgent task. However, current domestic testing equipment still relies heavily on imports. In light of this, our company has collaborated with top domestic university gear research institutes to jointly promote the research and development of this project. Once the "Ultra High-Speed Mechanical Power Closed Test Bench" is successfully implemented, it will provide strong support for the fatigue life testing and dynamic characteristic research of high-speed gears, accelerating the process of conventional gear fatigue life characteristic research. At the same time, this test bench can seamlessly connect with the company's core patented technology "Mechanical Loader," achieving stepless and dynamic load adjustment during the testing process, further enhancing the accuracy and flexibility of the tests.
The successful development of the "Ultra High-Speed Mechanical Power Closed Test Bench" is not only a significant technological breakthrough but also a brilliant spark of teamwork and intellectual collision. It has accumulated valuable experience for us, enhanced the team's confidence, and pointed us in the direction of progress.
