Executive Deputy General Manager Liu Changsheng read the 2023 work plan. He then made a statement regarding his new position, expressing hope to work hard with all Xinkai people to welcome a better future for Xinkai.
Deputy General Manager Wang Guangliang announced the decisions on the advanced workers, advanced producers, outstanding middle-level cadres, and individual commendations for 2022. A total of 66 people were recognized and rewarded.
Chief Engineer Fan Shiyao announced the decision on the 2022 annual points commendation. Cash rewards and commendations were given to individuals with excellent rankings in department performance, quality, working hours, equipment inspection, and on-site management. The head of the Technical Research and Development Department, Yan Huanjing, announced the commendation decision for outstanding deeds during the epidemic prevention and control period. Chief Trainer Lü Yazheng announced the commendation decisions for the 2022 marketing performance excellence award and performance growth award; announced the decisions for outstanding team commendations; announced the decision to distribute employee bonuses, and then the leaders handed the marketing and outstanding team bonuses to the marketing manager and technical department leaders on the spot.
