On April 14th, the sixth phase of the company's lean management activities welcomed an important segment: the "Improvement Journey".

 

 

A total of 24 improvement points from various workshops were presented at the production site, showcasing the changes brought about by improvements from different departments: the arrangement of tools at each workstation was neat and orderly, and the equipment and workpieces were shining brightly. The spirited presenters stood in front of the highlights of the improvements, explaining the improvement process and their insights. Whether it was about the positioning improvement of workstation tools or energy-saving improvements for equipment, the dedication of the employees involved in the improvements was evident. At the presentation site, Chairman Liang Xinwen accompanied the event, listening attentively and occasionally asking questions. He sincerely praised the improvers and encouraged everyone to continue discovering areas for improvement in their work.

 

 

After the presentation, Chairman Liang Xinwen summarized the event: Lean management must start with changes in on-site management practices, ultimately leading to improved efficiency and greater benefits; the continuous deepening of lean management work relies on the attention of department heads, and the ongoing improvement and daily maintenance of 6S management on-site are particularly important; everyone should understand the significance of the company’s lean management, starting from themselves, to influence and drive all employees to continuously improve on-site issues; consolidating the work is more important than starting it; only by consolidating well can all good work styles be sustained; developing good habits and treating lean management as a daily priority, working together with department employees to form a direction and consensus on improving product quality, enhancing work efficiency, reducing cost consumption, and ensuring employee safety. At the same time, Chairman Liang also fully affirmed the effectiveness of carrying out lean management activities, hoping to truly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs through problem improvements.
