As organized by the company, from the 17th to the 21st of this month, two comrades, Zhao Qiang and Ren Wentao from the assembly workshop, participated in the five-day "Blossoms in Full Bloom" vocational skills training class.
Two outstanding employees participated in this training along with over 80 craftsmen from various enterprises across the province. They earnestly studied the introduction to the spirit of the 20th National Congress, comprehensively practiced the overall national security concept, listened to inspirational reports from model workers, learned the Zhou Jianmin operating method, the sharpening techniques for twist drills, filing methods and techniques for fitters, applications of fitting technology, excellent operating techniques for the fitter vocational skills competition, analysis of skill competition operating questions, equipment maintenance and renovation, and CNC equipment maintenance technology.
Since the establishment of the provincial federation of trade unions "Blossoms in Full Bloom" vocational skills training class, the company has organized outstanding employees from the workshop to participate in this training activity multiple times.
