To celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to earnestly implement and promote the theme education of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, on June 29, the company's party branch organized all party members to visit places such as the "Eighth Route Army Taihang Memorial Hall," "Old Site of the Eighth Route Army Headquarters in Wangjiayu," and "Old Site of the Eighth Route Army General Headquarters in Zhuanbi Village," to carry out the theme education learning activity of "Finding Red Memories, Inheriting Red Genes" in preparation for July 1. On the occasion of the company's 65th anniversary, we draw on the spirit of Taihang, gather the strength to move forward, and remember our mission and be brave in taking responsibility on the path of sustainable development.

The spirit of Taihang shines through the ages.

All party members, on the road of visiting and learning, were spirited and sang red songs loudly, expressing their infinite love for the party, the company, and their work. Entering the hall of the Eighth Route Army Taihang Memorial Hall, the eight large characters "The Spirit of Taihang Shines Through the Ages" came into view. Under the leadership of Comrade Liang Xinwen, the party branch secretary, all party members listened attentively to the explanation of the guide. This revolutionary holy place, Wuxiang, was the main battlefield for the Eighth Route Army during the Anti-Japanese War. "Mountains bury loyal bones, ridges are all monuments; every village has been home to the Eighth Route Army, and every household has produced soldiers," a series of historical images and precious cultural relics tell the stories of heroic figures, the spirit of dedication, and the reenactment of real historical stories, as well as the great journey of the anti-war process.

The spirit of Taihang is the revolutionary heroism displayed by the Chinese Communists leading the Chinese people at a critical moment of national and ethnic peril. It is the spirit of perseverance and hard work shown under extremely difficult conditions, the spirit of being willing to sacrifice and happy to contribute for the people's interests, and the accumulation and continuation of the spirit of the Chinese nation over thousands of years. The spirit of Taihang remains ever-fresh; wherever they go, Secretary Liang leads everyone to pause and deeply appreciate the revolutionary development process in difficult circumstances. In the section on the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University, Chairman Liang Xinwen said: A nation, a country, a party, or an organization cannot be separated from the unity of thought and the armed culture.

The development of the company also requires all party members and cadres to have unified thoughts and a culture that gathers strength. In the exhibition section on rectification, facing the words "Seek truth from facts" written by Comrade Mao Zedong during the stalemate of the war, he expressed his feelings: The Yan'an Rectification Movement was another great ideological turning point issued by our party at a critical moment in history. The thought of "seeking truth from facts" is needed at any time in enterprise construction.

Through this theme education activity, we aim to inspire party members and cadres to lead the vast number of employees to be proactive and to dare to take responsibility and give their all in their work. Currently, all party members and cadres need to fully commit to this year's work plan and goals of "two guarantees, one reduction, and two improvements." At this critical time for the company's development, integrating the party's style construction into the company's development has more practical significance. At the old site of the Eighth Route Army Headquarters in Wangjiayu, Secretary Liang often expressed to the party members around him the cohesion and centripetal force that existed between party cadres and between cadres and soldiers in revolutionary difficulties, which always relies on the close ties and deep affection between the party and the masses.
