Finally, Chairman Liang Xinwen affirmed everyone's contributions and offered two points of guidance for future work:

2. Operate with integrity and expand the company's vision.
While acknowledging the achievements of some outstanding marketing managers, Chairman Liang pointed out that marketing personnel must have confidence in themselves in the current competitive environment. They should analyze problems based on the larger international and domestic markets, combining their own strengths with those of the company to determine their value orientation in the market. All senior company leaders should, in their subsequent work, address the difficulties reported by marketing managers with a humble and sincere attitude, responding to their needs in terms of production efficiency, technical support, and quality assurance. They should take concrete actions, set clear deadlines for work arrangements, and create formal work documents. All work should be conducted with the high standards of creating high-end products and establishing a leading brand, promoting the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise!
